The Birth of LiftedCo.
Christiana became pregnant with her first baby boy, in the summer of 2019 and gave birth in May of 2020. While motherhood was a beautiful blessing, she openly recalls navigating her own version of postpartum and the challenges that can come with childbirth. Everyone’s journey looks different, but for her, it was a season of rediscovery, healing, and learning not to lose herself.
During that time, she recognized a gap — especially around aftercare, emotional wellness, and the importance of intentional self-care for mothers. That’s when the light turned on. This was how she could help. This was her passion.
Lifted Co. became more than a business — it became part of her healing.
As she welcomed her second child, she was able to approach postpartum differently. She created — lighting candles, cleansing her space, embracing holistic tools, and prioritizing moments of calm — she experienced motherhood with more awareness and support. Lifted Co. helped her navigate the very struggles that inspired it.
Now, preparing to welcome her third baby, the journey feels full circle. What began as a response to postpartum challenges has grown into a movement centered on self-care, wellness, and connection for mothers and individuals from all walks of life.
